Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to support their Sales team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate proposal submissions
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document organization and Salesforce management
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor proposals based on client needs and maintain proposal documents

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal development, quoting, or sales support, preferably in insurance or employee benefits
• Experience in the group insurance or employee benefits industry is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
• Demonstrated experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools
