Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles all aspects of preparation for orders to be placed
• Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process
• Follows up on orders to ensure satisfactory delivery and troubleshoot issues

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer-oriented with the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with customers and partners
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
