Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative I to assist dealers and promote program usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing dealers and strategic partners by promoting platforms, conducting training, and resolving issues
• Assist senior representatives with dealer introductions, training, and application support
• Document dealer interactions and collaborate across departments to improve processes and resolve complaints

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field
• 2 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the consumer finance industry, or a combination of education and experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong typing skills
• Professional phone presence
