Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives with daily requests and system troubleshooting
• Manage the Sales Rep support phone line and requests in the Sales Support queue
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and maintain sales materials

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and sales support systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
• Ability to work remotely on Eastern Standard Time hours
