Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative I to provide support services to Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer department phone calls and conduct basic product research
• Add new products and update pricing in the database, and design sales quotes
• Communicate with customers and Account Managers, and conduct outbound telemarketing calls

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience required
• Four or more years of technology/information systems technical solution sales experience required
• Basic computer and data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Visio
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
• Ability to learn basic technical product information and work under pressure
