Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate proposal submissions
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain documents in Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor proposal content based on client needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a proposal development, quoting, or sales support role
• Experience in the group insurance or employee benefits industry is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
• Demonstrated experience with quoting systems and proposal generation tools
