Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the remote Sales Support Representative will manage order placements, follow up on deliveries, and assist with customer inquiries while developing relationships with clients and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately place orders and manage open order delivery to meet customer expectations
• Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and provide quotes while identifying add-on opportunities
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with sales, vendors, and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
