Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the remote Sales Support Representative will manage order placements, follow up on deliveries, and assist customers with inquiries while developing skills for career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately place and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing
• Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction
• Proactively resolve issues at both customer and supplier levels while assisting with quoting and add-on opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
