Sales Support Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the remote Sales Support Representative will manage order processing, follow up on deliveries, and assist with customer inquiries while developing skills for career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately place and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing
• Proactively resolve issues at both customer and supplier levels while building relationships with sales and vendors
• Assist customers with returns, inquiries, and provide quotes, while identifying add-on sales opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
