Sales Support Seasonal Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Seasonal Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Sales Support Representatives to achieve key performance metrics and create a positive customer experience
• Coach and guide representatives in assisting customers with Medicare-related questions and introducing them to licensed insurance agents
• Contribute to the development of sales goals and objectives, and analyze and report on sales activity and results

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Availability to work an assigned shift from 6:00AM to 6:00PM PST Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work
• High-speed hardwired internet connection with 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office programs, and contact management software
• High School Diploma & GED or equivalent experience
