Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide back-office operational support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day back-office support to Account Managers and sales teams
• Prioritize incoming requests based on revenue impact and customer needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates within CRM and internal systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or sales operations environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work extended hours during month-end or quarter-end periods
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
