Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist who provides essential administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales team through administrative tasks, order management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain and update online platforms to ensure accurate information and efficient order fulfillment
  • Create and analyze reports to track order status, team performance, and execution risks
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales support or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or relevant business experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with CRM and ERP software systems; Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics experience are a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or collaboratively
