Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to manage customer interactions and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with real estate agents regarding technical issues and account management
• Upsell memberships and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate customer records
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and assist in developing sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an Inside Sales or Account Management role, preferably in Real Estate Services or Cloud-based Web Services
• Proven track record in customer service, sales, and customer retention
• Experience with CRM systems or Ticketing Tracking systems
• A strong desire to generate leads and meet sales goals
