Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist in managing and maintaining their growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed quotes requiring technical accuracy and mathematical calculations
• Draft instructions for the issuance and delivery of software licenses
• Manage the software support renewal process and maintain CRM records

Required Qualifications

• University undergraduate degree required
• Very strong mathematical aptitude and Excel skills required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales support role
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Familiarity with information technology and storage systems is a plus
