Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including order processing, pricing accuracy, and delivery performance
  • Implement customer service strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
  • Act as the liaison between customers and marketing/sales teams while coordinating with Logistics and Operations for timely deliveries
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a B2B environment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead customer-facing meetings independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
