Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer maintenance and support towards sales quotas
Manage order fulfillment and pipeline for high priority accounts
Assist with order escalations and communicate with customers regarding online orders

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience in sales support or related functions
Ability to prioritize tasks based on sales team and customer needs
Experience in territory management is a plus
