Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to perform transactional activities supporting customer service, sales operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry and evaluate order quantities
  • Process customer complaints and track incidents using the Tracking Incident Complaint System (TICS)
  • Facilitate the creation of new finished goods items and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely completion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service in a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment
  • 1-2 years' experience working with ERP, Portals, and other Data Encoding and Interchange software preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
