Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide support for the End User Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a laboratory setting and assist in lead generation
• Manage customer quotes and literature requests for various product lines
• Update and maintain CRM systems and capture new product inquiries

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of customer-facing experience
• Understanding of sales processes and goals
• CRM experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
