Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 support for inbound sales representatives and escalate issues to management as needed
Conduct monthly call monitoring and feedback discussions with the GSS team
Assist the inbound sales team with customer inquiries and process improvements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of related experience in product data entry or telephone sales
Associate Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat) and Salesforce
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up skills and sales ability
