Key Responsibilities

• Provide point support to the Account Team from pre-sales through post-sales deployment
• Maximize sales resources' selling time by handling back-office tasks and coordinating internal resources
• Assist with billing, pricing, contracts, reporting, and customer service inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the mortgage industry or related financial sectors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel for data manipulation and presentation
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate sales tools effectively
• Advanced degree preferred
