Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Two years of customer service or client service experience
- Ability to quickly learn products, service offerings, and internal systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent account implementations
- Understanding of business objectives and the business environment
- Proficient with MS Office and related applications
