Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide order entry and sales support to various departments and external sales channels
Resolve customer issues related to new service connections and assist with order fulfillment
Achieve individual key performance indicators and assist with special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
1+ year of experience in a call center or related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking skills using multiple tools
