Job Summary

To support a remote sales organization, the full-time Sales Support Specialist will provide operational assistance, manage billing inquiries, and enhance team culture through engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to SMB sales representatives, helping remove obstacles to drive revenue
• Support and execute team engagement initiatives, including contests and virtual events, to strengthen team morale
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal sales support requests, ensuring timely follow-through and accurate issue resolution
