Job Summary

Supporting the field sales teams remotely, the contract Sales Support Specialist will enhance operational efficiency by managing order submissions, quote edits, and workflow processes while ensuring compliance and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the field sales team to assist with order submission, quote creation, and concession requests
• Coordinate workflow closures across functional teams to ensure efficiency
• Support legal escalation workflow activities and drive continuous improvement in processes

Required qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in customer service or field support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines with accuracy
• Willingness to work extended hours during quarter close
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
