Job Summary

Proactively supporting client servicing and account administration, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage administrative sales activities, maintain relationships with clients and business partners, and ensure accurate information for client needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Support administrative tasks related to client onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment
  • Coordinate client requirements with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and compliance with processes
  • Utilize sales automation systems to maintain accurate client and prospect records
Required qualifications
  • Two years of customer service or client service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage data effectively
  • Understanding of business objectives and the ability to adapt in an agile environment
  • Experience managing multiple account implementations and resolving issues
  • Ability to quickly learn company products and internal systems
