Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support for the Sales Team, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage product orders, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure optimal communication between internal departments and external customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure first call resolution for sales and customer inquiries
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales Representatives and various departments, facilitating communication and support for promotional programs and product launches
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing promotions, products, and policies while assisting the Sales team with application guidance and event coordination
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
