Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support extraordinary teams in building great products, the full-time Sales Support Specialist will provide essential administrative support to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare quotations and create sales orders upon receiving purchase orders from customers
• Monitor sales pipeline performance and collaborate with sales management to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) and 4 years of related experience
• Experience with CRM tools
• Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions
• Strong understanding of company products and services
• Experience in cross-functional communication with sales and solutions teams
