Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a pharmaceutical client's Sample Program, the part-time Sales Support Specialist will manage compliance with regulations, monitor communications, and collaborate with various teams while working in a hybrid environment in Fort Worth, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure compliant sample distribution processes
• Track and manage onboarding, territory changes, and terminations for field sales employees, maintaining accurate Rep Rosters
• Serve as the operations point of contact for managing the SampleAdmin inbox, resolving stakeholder inquiries promptly and accurately

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of relevant experience or 7-9 years in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of PDMA and general knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in implementing process improvements and a good knowledge of General Accounting practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
