Job Summary

Supporting the sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage CRM administration, opportunity workflows, and merchant onboarding while coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data and forecasting
  • Coordinate workflows between Sales, Underwriting, and other teams to facilitate timely follow-up and support
  • Monitor onboarding processes to ensure merchants receive prompt assistance and maintain pipeline accuracy
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for data entry, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Familiarity with Outreach or similar sales engagement tools
  • Experience using Google Workspace in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to coordinate operational workflows across multiple internal departments
