Job Summary
Supporting the SMB Sales team in a fully remote capacity, the Sales Support & Culture Champion will provide operational assistance, manage internal sales support requests, and enhance team culture through engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to SMB sales representatives, helping to remove obstacles and drive revenue
- Execute team engagement initiatives such as contests and virtual events to strengthen connection and morale
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal sales support requests, ensuring timely follow-through and accurate resolution of billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting a sales team or similar operational role is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable engaging with large virtual groups of 100+ people
- Positive and energetic personality with a passion for building team connection
