Job Summary
Supporting the sales team in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Support Specialist will manage order entry, customer education, and account maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Direct Sales Representatives with order entry, scheduling, and customer care issues
- Qualify new accounts and coordinate residential installations and service calls
- Handle administrative duties for the regional Manager and support other Sales Support Representatives as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of customer care or customer service experience
- Experience with large accounts is preferred
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Technical understanding of the Internet, search engines, and modems
