Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in a full-time remote capacity, the Sales Support Specialist will manage order entry, customer education, and account maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Direct Sales Representatives with order entry, scheduling, and customer care issues
• Qualify new accounts and coordinate residential installations and service calls
• Handle administrative duties for the regional Manager and support other Sales Support Representatives as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer care or customer service experience
• Experience with large accounts is preferred
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Technical understanding of the Internet, search engines, and modems
