Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new automotive clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract to campaign launch while collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless implementation experience
• Coordinate campaign setup and fulfillment across multiple digital marketing platforms and technologies
• Monitor onboarding performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Experience managing client relationships, account onboarding, or customer success in a client-facing environment
• Knowledge of digital advertising products, including Search, Display, and Marketing Systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using Excel and Salesforce for reporting, tracking, and account management
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or the automotive industry is preferred
