Supporting a dynamic SMB sales team, the full-time remote Sales Support & Culture Champion will provide essential operational assistance, manage billing inquiries, and enhance team engagement through morale-boosting initiatives and recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to SMB sales representatives, facilitating their focus on revenue generation
• Manage billing inquiries and assist with client-related needs while maintaining accurate documentation and workflows
• Execute team engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and connected remote work culture

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting a team, preferably in a sales environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
