Job Summary
Proactively supporting client servicing and account administration, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage administrative sales activities, maintain strong internal relationships, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Support and create administrative sales activities related to client onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment
- Establish and maintain relationships with account managers and business partners to understand and meet client requirements
- Utilize the sales automation system to maintain accurate client and prospect records while resolving client issues
Required qualifications
- Two years of customer service or client service experience
- Ability to quickly learn company products, services, and internal systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent account implementations
- Proficiency in MS Office and related applications
- Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments
