Job Summary

Proactively supporting client servicing and account administration, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage administrative sales activities, maintain strong internal relationships, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and create administrative sales activities related to client onboarding, renewals, and open enrollment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with account managers and business partners to understand and meet client requirements
  • Utilize the sales automation system to maintain accurate client and prospect records while resolving client issues
Required qualifications
  • Two years of customer service or client service experience
  • Ability to quickly learn company products, services, and internal systems
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent account implementations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related applications
  • Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments
