Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

To manage and resolve customer Truck Care maintenance back-office issues, the remote Sales Support Specialist will handle a portfolio of Fleet accounts, address maintenance inquiries, and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer maintenance issues and follow up with internal resources until resolved
• Address billing discrepancies and facilitate communication between store management and customers
• Maintain accurate customer data within Salesforce and generate reports for analytics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or customer-focused account management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
• Ability to learn new software applications and computer programs
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
