Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a $10M+ book of business, the remote Sales Support Specialist will manage client relationship logistics, assist with prospecting and research, and maintain CRM operational hygiene while working closely with Senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Senior Account Executive's client engagement calendar and logistics for client events
• Identify new firms and attorneys, and deliver research-backed warm leads to the Senior Account Executive
• Maintain HubSpot CRM with accurate contact information, meeting notes, and pipeline reporting

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or client-facing operations
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales
