Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Canadian sales organization, the full-time Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative, analytical, and operational assistance to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and customer initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and managing customer documentation
• Assist with the setup, tracking, and reconciliation of customer promotions and pricing agreements
• Generate sales reports and analyze market performance to support forecasting and demand planning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or related roles
• Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Health industries preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and data analysis
• Bilingual in English/French is preferred
