Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the sales cycle, the full-time remote Sales Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, maintain lead records, and schedule consultations with Program Consultants while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume incoming and outgoing calls using an automatic dialer
• Maintain detailed documentation for cross-functional teams and assist with special projects
• Provide information to prospective clients and schedule appointments and meetings

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work rotating weekends
