Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist for a 4-month temporary remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer service calls and transferring them to the appropriate department
• Updating data sheets and producing insurance quotes
• Responding to assigned email tasks and logging daily activities

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Data entry experience
• Phone etiquette
• Experience with Excel and pivot tables
• Clerical/administrative experience and knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology preferred
