Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Supervisor to lead a remote sales support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of sales support specialists while managing performance metrics
• Oversee order processing, customer requests, and maintain standard operating procedures
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3 or more years of experience in sales support or sales operations
• 3 or more years of customer service experience
• 1 or more years of supervisory or team lead experience
• 1 or more years working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
