Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Supervisor to lead the sales support team and ensure efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of sales support specialists, setting priorities and monitoring performance
• Oversee order entry, quoting, and documentation accuracy while improving sales support workflows
• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and coordinate with sales and other departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3 or more years of experience in sales support or sales operations
• 3 or more years of customer service experience
• 1 or more years of supervisory or team lead experience
• 1 or more years working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
