Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Systems Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales systems strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Lead efforts to integrate sales systems with other business applications to streamline processes
  • Develop training programs to ensure sales teams are proficient in utilizing sales systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on sales systems, CRM and CPQ administration
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, and additional systems in the revenue tech stack
  • Experience with one or more Sales Analytics tools, such as Tableau, Clari, Annaplan, Einstein
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements
