Job Summary

Supporting mid-market and commercial customers remotely, the full-time Sales Systems Engineer will drive revenue by owning the technical strategy and execution across multiple concurrent sales opportunities, partnering with sales teams and technology alliances to deliver resilient solutions and articulate technical value.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing solution architecture and pre-sales engineering expertise
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales engagements, balancing deep technical engagement with efficient deal progression
  • Lead complex sales engagements from discovery through solution design and proof-of-concept execution, ensuring successful technical outcomes that support deal closure
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering or solutions architecture for mid-market to enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales engagements in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong foundational technical background across enterprise infrastructure, including data resilience, cloud services, and security
  • Experience executing complex sales cycles end-to-end, including technical validation and proof of concept execution
  • Working knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance considerations influencing enterprise IT strategies
