Job Summary
To support the organic growth of internal sales talent, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Talent Acquisition will lead recruitment efforts, develop effective strategies, and collaborate with sales leadership to build a robust talent pipeline in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong sales talent pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with passive talent to enhance employer branding and meet growth projections
- Manage third-party agencies and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and regulations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or insurance industry roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Previous insurance brokerage or producer recruitment experience highly preferred
- Exceptional understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in sales positions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
