Owning the full recruiting cycle for Sales and GTM roles, the full-time remote Sales Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with Sales leadership to build high-performing revenue-generating teams while utilizing data-driven strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle for Sales and GTM roles, from intake to offer and close
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top sales talent
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline health and improve hiring outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Sales or GTM hiring in tech or fintech
  • Deep understanding of strong commercial hires and assessment methods
  • Proven ability to build sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles
  • Strong command of recruiting data and analytics for decision-making
  • High sense of urgency with a track record of success in fast-paced environments
