Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales in the Human Resources Department located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture pipelines of candidates for Account Management, Sales Executive, and Account Executive roles through proactive market research, outreach, and candidate experience
- Utilize established headhunting strategies and talent pipeline to target top candidates for harder to fill roles
- Identify and prioritize the needs of the business, understanding strategic goals and developing talent attraction strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years' full cycle talent acquisition experience recruiting for Sales and go-to-market roles
- Post secondary degree or diploma, preferably with focus on Business/Human Resources or work-related experience in Talent Acquisition
- Solid experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing passive candidates
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with business leaders and providing superior service
- Experience in compensation evaluations and negotiations
