Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales roles
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in outbound strategies
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in SaaS or fast-paced startup environments is a plus
