Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced, high-volume sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruiting for licensed and non-licensed sales agents, ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume inside sales roles, focusing on candidate quality and operational execution
  • Assess candidates' communication skills, coachability, and sales readiness while maintaining multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and interview schedules, ensuring a seamless hiring process across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-based inside sales organizations
  • Direct recruiting experience within insurance, warranties, or similar high-volume sales environments preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Outlook, and scheduling tools like Calendly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with onboarding coordination and interview logistics is a plus
