Sales Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Tax and VAT Manager to manage tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sales, use, and VAT tax compliance
• Prepare, review, and file sales and VAT tax returns accurately and on time
• Research and stay current on changes in sales, use, and VAT tax laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Use Tax; VAT experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of sales tax nexus rules and multi-state tax compliance
• Experience with tax compliance software (e.g., Avalara, Vertex, TaxJar)
• Proficiency in Netsuite and Microsoft Excel
