Sales Tax Recovery Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Sales Tax and Fund Recovery Financial Coordinator will manage sales tax fund recovery for Fortune 500 and luxury automotive clients, including reviewing cases, applying for refunds, and maintaining records.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit cases for sales tax retrieval and apply for refunds
• Communicate with outside organizations to retrieve necessary documents for sales tax and warranty refunds
• Maintain accurate records regarding sales tax and warranty fund retrieval

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer care experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be a Michigan resident with a suitable remote work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
